Animal Farm Adventure Park is set on 23 acres of farmland in the Somerset countryside. With views across the levels to the Mendips and Brent Knoll. At first sight this looks like a visitor attraction for smaller children, and the website targets this age, but its likely people of any age would enjoy this, although I'm not sure teenagers would want to tell their friends where they had been for the day. Get to know the friendly animals in paddocks and enclosures. This includes donkeys, and Shetland Ponies to goats, Llamas, Highland cattle, Jersey cattle, and rare breed sheep. A special arena for pony rides, subject to weather and availability. Also towards the far boundary of the park, you'll find some exotic birds and unusual fowl and be able to feed the ducks and waterfowl by their new pond and island, accessible by a bridge. Cuddle pets & baby animals, mega play barn with three levels of action packed fun and Somerset`s biggest indoor slides, toddlers` play zones and for the older children a new air cannon arena! Outside there's ride on tractors, trampolines, diggers, acres of friendly animals to meet and feed, farm walks, massive play park, free train rides and lots, lots more! Land train and nature trail, see a map of the farm by clicking here Family lunches and tasty cream teas are served in the farmyard restaurant.
This page is a Quick Guide, the idea of Quick Guides is to allow very basic information and linking forward information to be added to the system rather than having to wait until a full location guide has been developed. It should therefore be considered a development stage rather than a finished objective. Once more information is known the objective is to create either a Location or Featured Location page which has two grids and far more information. Please let us know any other information that we can add to the Further information and Planning Grids or page and any errors that you discover. Before making a long trip to any location it is always wise to double check the current information, websites like magazines may be correct at the time the information is written, but things change and it is of course impossible to double check all entries on a regular basis. If you have any good photographs that you feel would improve the illustration of this page then please let us have copies. In referring to this page it is helpful if you quote the CIN Page Ref at the bottom of the Planning Grid above. To print the planning grid select it then right click and print the selected area. Please submit information on locations you discover so that this system continues to grow.
